I am a manager at Siemens R&D located in Istanbul, leading software engineering teams who are experienced in area of IoT Edge Computing & Cloud. And of course, my teams are already agile and they are doing it very well in accordance with agile methodologies Scrum and Kanban.
My area of focus lies in digital transformation of manufacturing process, in other words Industrie 4.0, my goal in this concept is building up the ecosystem to extend the power of digital processes such as 3D visualization, simulation, analytics where it is applicable in manufacturing today (CNC / Numerical Controllers, Cloud, Sensors, Motors, PLCs, industrial communication etc.).
